Service November 17, 2024, with music, readings, and sermon by Rev. John Maher.

What to expect in worship

Worship in The Episcopal Church is liturgical and our services follow The Book of Common Prayer (BCP). At St. Michael’s, our worship is reverent but not overly formal or fussy. Our Sunday morning liturgy includes instrumental and choral music, as well as congregational singing. We have readings from both the Old and New Testaments, and prayers led by lay people. The officiant offers a sermon that is meant to connect the scripture with the living of our lives.

Immediately following our service, we offer coffee and light refreshments in the Parish Hall. We would love to see you there.

The St. Michael’s community is welcoming and loving and we look forward to welcoming you, too!
